Your Role & Responsibilities As a key member of our Sun Valley branch, you will be the front-line contact for our customers. This is an active, on-site sales position: * Drive Sales: Handle a high volume of walk-in customers and phone orders, quickly provide product information and pricing quotes, and efficiently close sales on fencing materials. * Build Relationships: Act as the trusted advisor for contractors, cultivating positive, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. * Order Management: Accurately process orders, manage all necessary details, and coordinate closely with the yard/operations team to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction. * Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with the entire team to quickly resolve issues and meet complex customer needs.
