Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and customers. This role focuses on order processing, customer communication, and administrative support to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry through fulfillment. This is a non-commissioned, support-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email * Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently * Support sales representatives with quotes, pricing, and documentation * Track orders, back orders, and deliveries through completion * Resolve customer issues and coordinate internally as needed * Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM/ERP systems * Assist with returns, credits, invoicing questions, and account updates * Support basic reporting and administrative sales functions * Prepare internal and external sales data for upload Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support * Strong communication and organizational skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems (experience preferred) * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience * Order processing or logistics coordination * Manufacturing or distribution industry experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
