Door-to-Door Storm Sales Rep (Commission Only - Unlimited Earnings) Welch Roofing and Construction - Tulsa, OK Commission Only | Non-Capped | Storm Restoration This Is NOT a Desk Job. This Is NOT for the Easily Discouraged. This IS for Closers. Welch Roofing and Construction is looking for a relentlessly persistent, confident, door-knocking savage to work storm-affected neighborhoods and help homeowners get their roofs replaced through insurance. If you're comfortable talking to strangers, handling rejection, and knocking one more door than the other guy , keep reading. What You'll Be Doing:

• Knocking doors in storm-affected neighborhoods (hail & wind damage)
• Talking with homeowners and identifying roof damage
• Educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Setting inspections and appointments
• Following up consistently until the deal is closed
• Representing Welch Roofing professionally and confidently What This Job IS:
