What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in real time. * A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. * 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or in-person service role is a plus, but not required. * A positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, interactive environment. * A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
