We partner with leading auto glass service providers to connect vehicle owners with the quality care their vehicles deserve. Our mission is to educate customers on the importance of safe, timely windshield and window replacements, helping protect drivers, passengers, and vehicles on the road. We are seeking a motivated, professional Sales Solutions Specialist to engage with potential customers in person and provide exceptional service. This Sales Solutions Specialist role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping people make informed decisions about their vehicle safety needs. Sales Solutions Specialist Key Responsibilities: * Greet and interact with customers face to face in a friendly, professional manner. * Educate clients on the importance of auto glass maintenance and replacement. * Explain the benefits of high-quality glass products and services. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Build rapport and trust while maintaining a consultative sales approach. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes. * Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals. * Collaborate with Sales Solutions Specialist team members to enhance the customer experience. Sales Solutions Specialist Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles preferred. * Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable transportation and willingness to work in various customer-facing settings.
