Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales/ Service Manager to lead commercial heating and cooling projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for identifying new project opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with contractors and property owners, and managing all phases of project execution. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and track upcoming commercial HVAC project opportunities * Prepare detailed bid sheets and project estimates * Diagnose, repair and sales on new replacement units. * Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and construction drawings * Work directly with general contractors, construction firms, and commercial property owners * Manage projects from planning through completion * Create material lists and size HVAC equipment * Oversee scheduling, procurement, and on-site coordination * Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications: * Proven experience in commercial HVAC project management * Strong estimating and bidding experience * Must be able to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment on service calls. * Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and mechanical drawings * Working knowledge of HVAC system design, equipment sizing, and materials * Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Compensation: * Pay based on experience * Performance-based bonuses If you're ready to own commercial HVAC projects and grow with a strong team, we encourage you to apply.
