Sales and Marketing Representative Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly + Commission + Discrestionary bonus * Flexible hours * Free Membership valued up to $2,600 annually * Full time: 50% co-op health insurance, vision/dental employee funded * Grow with the company, empowering and engaging culture Responsibilities: * Lead Nurturing new prospective clients * Closer on Sales * Accountability Coaching - holding athletes accountable * Partner with marketing vendor and owner to drive paid marketing * Weekly Statistic Reporting * Organic marketing on social * Attend daily sales training Qualifications: * 1-2 yrs of sales experience (ideally fitness related) ability to Close a sale * Strong Knowledge of Social Media Platforms * Preferred: knowledge of Mindbody * General experience in gym or training facility preferred * Highly energetic Accountability Measures: Schedule %, Show %, Close %, Cost of Acquisition, Front End Cash Average Sale, Attirtion Rate Role: Do you have a passion for sales? This position will have a significant focus on member relations, recruitment and operational support. The primary responsibilities will be on sales, maintaining high levels of customer service by handling daily interactions and communications with members. This involves lead generation and follow-up, coordinating trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
