Sales Associate The Sales Associate is often the first person to greet Guests who come to Sky Zone, so it is very important that Sales Associates always show enthusiasm and friendliness. Sales Associates must deliver WoW Guest experiences whether at the counter or on the phone. In addition, the Sales Associate is expected to know all relevant "real time" information regarding Sky Zone and can effectively explain and sell it to the Guest. We are looking for high energy individuals to join our sales team. This role has a weekly bonus potential! Qualifications * Ability to provide excellent Guest service * Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively * Ability to develop rapport with Guests * Ability to identify and sell best value to Guest * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to handle money * Ability to handle and resolve Guest complaints Responsibilities * Deliver WoW Guest Experiences * Greet the Guests * Always present a professional appearance and attitude * Be a "Membership Ambassador " * Effectively upsell the Guest to promos/promotions * Explain Sky Zone court policies * Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies * Complete sales transactions and handle cash * Provide SkySocks to Guests and assess worn SkySocks to be sure they meet the Good Condition Standard * Handle concessions orders * Stock concessions inventory * Various filing duties * Enter data into the computer system * Stock front desk supplies * Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested * Attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions * Other duties as assigned Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
