Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Dock & Door Business Development Representative to join our team. Duties * Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and door-to-door efforts to generate new business opportunities. * Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and consultative selling techniques. * Manage and utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently. * Identify customer needs related to dock and door solutions and present tailored product or service offerings. * Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation. * Negotiate contracts and proposals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within CRM systems. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements relevant to commercial dock & door solutions. Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales within the industrial or construction sectors. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with CRM management is preferred. * Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. * Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Familiarity with sales processes and understanding of industry-specific products is a plus.
