What You 'll Do as an AT&T Business Customer Associate * Serve as the main point of contact for AT&T's business clients in the St Louis area , managing inquiries, processing service updates, and providing timely support through dedicated, full-time, face-to-face engagement. * Educate business customers on AT&T's suite of services, including wireless, internet, and VoIP solutions, aligning products with their operational goals. * Handle account updates, activations, and service upgrades with accuracy and attention to detail. * Maintain organized CRM records of client interactions, feedback, and service activity to ensure smooth follow-up and campaign visibility. * Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to recommend additional AT&T solutions that enhance efficiency, connectivity, and business growth. What We 're Looking For in an AT&T Business Customer Associate * High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. * Up to 2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, or telecom support (internships and entry-level experience welcome). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and present solutions in a professional, consultative manner. * Quick learner with the ability to understand AT&T's product suite and explain services clearly to business clients. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently. * Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and helping businesses thrive.
