Real Estate Management Investment Firm seeks full-time property manager for its Association Management Division to manage a portfolio of multiple associations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a portfolio of condos and homeowners associations, REQUIRED SKILLS Strong organizational and people skills; professional demeanor; good judgment and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Real estate experience in residential property management, residential real estate sales or other related real estate experience. Computer literate in Microsoft products and property management software. CAI, CMCA, or other industry professional designations a plus, not required.
