Job Description: The "right" salesperson will have the ability to create interest from their prospect through collaboration and offering effective levels of communication. This position requires the person to work independently from a home office to develop new business in a targeted territory (Greater Indianapolis). Successful reps combine prospecting, effectively following up on leads, qualifying, and closing sales in new customer accounts within the Healthcare Rep industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify and target potential customers in healthcare, and other relevant industries. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business. * Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our linen services and offerings. Clearly communicate the value to potential clients. * Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. * Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team, including customer service, operations, and management, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Qualifications: * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
