Qualifications: * Previous Retail Selling Experience is a PLUS! * Many different personalities, experiences, and college majors will fit the home specialist position * Ability to communicate effectively is a must * Willingness to learn a proven selling system and a high level of customer service required * Knowledge of general principles of home decor and design, including furniture, accents, color schemes, etc. necessary * Computer literacy required * Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends required The Sales Pitch: * Paid Sales training for new Sales associates. * Commission based with Guaranteed hourly rate for all Sales Associates. * NO Sales Draw to be paid back to the company. * Make up to 10% commission. * Family owned that uderstands a work life balance. * Top Writers earn $120,000 plus!
