Sales Services Administrator $25+ per hour Position Summary: Join our growing team at Pacific Outdoor Living, based in Sun Valley, CA as a Sales Services Administrator. The purpose of this role is to assist our large sales team with daily high volume of administration duties. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the sales team and help push for sales through support, coordination, and analysis. As a point of contact for our clients, your exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm will be key as you guide customers through the benefits and processes of our services, ensuring a seamless and informative experience. Performance Objectives: * Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients. * Greet and assist clients when they arrive for their appointments. * Communicate with Sales Representatives and Designers on appointments and sales information. * Creates and sends contracts with DocuSign. * Drives the administration of sales through organization and effective application of our existing systems * Handles and ensures client folders and documents are managed appropriately throughout our sales process * Coordinates with our head of production to address scheduling needs * Assists the sales manager in producing sales reports for company analysis. Capabilities/Key Competencies: * Proven B2C sales experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively. * Proven Administration skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiently tech-savvy with keen attention to detail for accurate data entry. Knowledgeable in CRM usage is a plus. * Excellent listening skills to understand customer concerns. * Problem solving skills to address customer needs and wants in person and over the phone. Education & Experience: * A minimum of 2 years of sales and administration support experience, sales in construction or home services is a big plus. Requirements: * Able to commute daily to Sun Valley, CA. * Open to working on Saturdays. * Able to sit for long hours at a desk. * Able to work in a collaborative team environment, where teamwork and continued education drive success.
