Description: *Please note: construction/restoration and/or in-home sales experience is a must. Candidates with both are preferred, but at least one is mandatory. *There is an on-call rotation, therefore the ideal candidate will be an eager self-starter that loves to help people in their time of need, working nights and weekends when on-call We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Rep to join our team. Leads are provided. We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing water or fire damage emergencies. You will assess the damage, provide expert guidance, and close restoration jobs efficiently. You must be a self-starter, ready to respond 24/7 when on-call. Learn more about us at: [please apply online] Responsibilities: * Rapidly respond to leads, day, night, weekdays, or weekends. * Assess, inspect, estimate, and close sales for restoration jobs. * Educate customers on their restoration options and payment solutions. * Coordinate with field teams, ensuring smooth project execution. * Update CRM systems promptly with customer and job details. * Communicate effectively with referral partners and business development reps. * Participate in weekly training to improve your sales and technical skills. * Maintain a high closing rate (80%+ expected). Qualifications: * Outside Sales Experience is required * Construction/Restoration/In-home Sales experience preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills, you love helping people. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when on-call. * Self-motivated and proactive, you don't wait for opportunities, you create them. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Tech-savvy, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
