Compensation: $69,000 Responsibilities: * Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home * Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume * Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities * Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process * Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: * Top-notch time management skills and highly organized * Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills * Tech savvy * A successful and proven sales history is preferred * Self-motivation and drive * Active or in-process Real Estate License * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * A genuine passion for real estate and client success * Adaptability in a fast-paced setting * Drive to achieve and surpass goals * Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial * Availability for weekend and evening work About Company FAM Realty Group is a top 1% real estate team serving all of Southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles.
