WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our company is currently in search for a dependable, friendly individual who enjoys helping people and supporting a close-knit office team to fill the role of Licensed Insurance Account Manager and serve as the primary service contact for assigned commercial and/or personal lines accounts. No insurance license is required to start; training is provided, and you will have the opportunity to work toward obtaining your license. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Manage ongoing service needs for assigned accounts, including endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and policy changes * Support renewals by gathering exposure data, preparing submissions, reviewing quotes, and coordinating with carriers * Communicate proactively with clients to explain coverage changes, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-through * Maintain accurate policy documentation and records in the agency management system * Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and retention * Ensure compliance with licensing, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR * 2+ years of insurance account management or client service experience * Insurance Producer License (preferred but not required) * Life Insurance License (preferred but not required) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Clear, professional communication skills with a client-first mindset * Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends). * On-the-job training with the opportunity to pursue an insurance license. * Supportive, family-oriented work environment. * Opportunity to learn both personal and commercial insurance. * Long-term career growth for the right person.
