We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. * Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. * Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. * Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. * Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
