Overview

: Tilta is a leading manufacturer of professional camera accessories and filmmaking tools. We're passionate about supporting creators around the world, and we're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team in Burbank.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate product information and support to customers via phone, email, or online platforms
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up
• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain records of customer interactions using our internal systems

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or phone-based support is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Familiarity with camera or video equipment is a bonus, but not required
