About the Role As an Agent Partner , you'll assist our top agent in all aspects of client service, lead generation, and transaction coordination while learning the skills, systems, and mindset needed to become a top producer yourself. You'll earn a base salary of $2,600/month while building your foundation, gaining experience, and growing into a fully independent agent. Within 12-24 months, the goal is for you to launch your own successful business as a highly productive real estate professional. Key Responsibilities * Assist our top agent with showings, client communication, open houses, and daily business activities to learn hands-on real estate skills * Follow up on leads and manage database tasks. * Learn client consultations, negotiations, and the full buying/selling process. * Participate in training, role plays, and team activities. * Learn and master team systems (Sierra Interactive, Fello, Sisu, etc.).
