The Sales Support Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers on behalf of our clients--building meaningful connections, guiding customers through the sales process, and providing tailored solutions that align with their needs. Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associate * Proactively engage with customers in person to educate them on the full range of products and services, ensuring each interaction is personalized and leaves a positive impression. * Represent the company at customer meetings, local events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and develop lasting relationships. * Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive measurable results. * Analyze customer feedback and trends to help identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in outreach and service delivery. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions and optimize performance. * Assist in onboarding and mentoring new Sales Support Associates, fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture. * Participate in ongoing leadership development workshops, team strategy sessions, and role-playing exercises to refine communication, sales, and management skills. Qualifications for the Sales Support Associate Position * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience as a Sales Support Associate, or in a sales, customer service, or other customer-facing role, is helpful but not mandatory. * Any leadership, supervisory, or team management experience is an advantage for a Sales Support Associate seeking long-term growth. * Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain meaningful customer relationships. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to help each Sales Support Associate represent the company with professionalism and confidence. * Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive mindset and the drive to achieve results independently and collaboratively. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and strategic thinking. * Adaptable, resilient, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
