The Inside Sales Representative will be working with our existing customer base as well as prospecting for new customers. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with outstanding communication skills who understands the value of exceptional customer service and driving business goals. Day-to-day Tasks and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Provide premier customer service to differentiate Corrosion Materials from our competition. * Develop sales strategies that focus on profitable sales growth both with existing customers and potential customers. * Formulate quotes for potential business with new or existing customers. * Provide higher-level depth of relationships with customers including in-person visits and activities. * Develop forecasting methods to work together with customers and establish accurate material forecasts. * Research, identify, and implement new products and programs to enhance profitability. * Establish strong communication between Inside and Outside Sales, Purchasing, and other functions within the organization. * Adhere to all CMI safety rules, regulations, and quality standards. * Adhere to all CMI handbook policies, procedures, and business codes of ethics.
