Responsibilities: * Cultivate customer relationships and provide essential support. * Deliver prompt, friendly customer service, which may include handling calls, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters. * Cross-sell additional products that are appropriate for the customer. * Assist in payment processing, claims handling, document management, and provide crucial backup to our sales team. * Embrace an evolving role with opportunities for expanded responsibilities over time.
