TulsaKids Magazine is looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone who takes a marketing-first, consultative approach and enjoys building long-term client partnerships. What You 'll Do * Build and nurture lasting client relationships rooted in trust and results * Take a consultative approach to understand each client's goals and recommend smart marketing solutions * Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities * Sell integrated marketing solutions (print, digital, email, sponsored content, events) * Help clients grow their businesses by aligning campaigns with their objectives * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals * Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or media/advertising sales * A relationship-first mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed * Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how media supports business growth * Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills * Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts * Familiarity with the Tulsa regional business community * Communicates clearly, respects internal workflows, and contributes to a positive, solution-oriented team environment Why TulsaKids * A trusted, community-focused local media brand of 35+ years * Flexible, collaborative work environment * Be part of a growing company!
