TulsaKids Magazine is looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone who takes a marketing-first, consultative approach and enjoys building long-term client partnerships. What You 'll Do

• Build and nurture lasting client relationships rooted in trust and results
• Take a consultative approach to understand each client's goals and recommend smart marketing solutions
• Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities
• Sell integrated marketing solutions (print, digital, email, sponsored content, events)
• Help clients grow their businesses by aligning campaigns with their objectives
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM What We 're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or media/advertising sales
• A relationship-first mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how media supports business growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
• Familiarity with the Tulsa regional business community
