Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal and inventory management while actively engaging with customers to promote products and drive sales. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. * Operate the POS efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly. * Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively, maintaining a well-organized store environment. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement. * Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. * Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items. * Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to store policies and procedures. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles. * Communicate effectively with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
