Job Description
: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chinese speaking Sales Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the sales department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and provide prompt and courteous responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including scheduling and organizing Pre-Construction Meetings.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Follow up with clients regarding collections, project phases, and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as architecture and Construction to support sales initiatives and projects.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing and data entry.
Requirements
:
- Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must be fluent in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or sales support is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
