What You 'll Do As a Customer Sales Representative, you 'll work directly with customers to promote ATT's products and services while receiving hands-on training in sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

include:

• Serve as the face of the ATT brand, delivering a positive and professional customer experience
• Consult with customers to understand their home security needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage and update sales activity records to track progress and results
• Consistently achieve -- and aim to surpass -- individual and team sales targets
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by attending training sessions, sharing best practices, and staying up to date on product knowledge Schedule: Full time Position; 40 hours a week - 5 days Weekends available What We 're Looking For:
