The Ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, possess strong communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. The Wholesale Sales Manager reports to the VP of Wholesale. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Meet or exceed annual sales goal * Increase Jushi brand distribution and customer count in the state * Manage existing relationships with wholesale accounts and serve as the point of contact for orders, needs, and requests * Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities * Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections * Serve as the face of Jushi in the wholesale market and maintain expertise and working knowledge of competitive activity, market drivers, pricing trends, and sales opportunities * Coordinate and run pop-up events for Jushi brands at wholesale accounts and Jushi retail stores * Provide in-store training on brands and products to accounts * Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner * Report on the status of accounts and transactions * Set and track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics * Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth * Expert in all Jushi brands and communicates the value of products * Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge * Represent Jushi at industry events throughout the state * Relay vendor and customer feedback to commercial and sales departments for continuous improvement * Support and execute local marketing initiatives as needed * Monitors how Jushi products are merchandised and displayed in dispensaries as well as online WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * 50% to 70% travel; must have a car * Non-traditional work schedule including occasional evening and weekend work * High school diploma/GED.
