Job Summary In this fast-paced role, you support the sales organization by ensuring financing transactions progress smoothly from receipt to funding. This position focuses on proactive follow-up, clear communication, and cross- functional coordination to ensure all required documentation is obtained, questions are addressed, and deals move efficiently. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding documentation and required actions needed to complete and fund financing transactions, including credit freeze releases and required consumer statements * Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from lessees and vendor partners to answer questions, resolve open items, and drive timely resolution of funding requirements within assigned shared queues * Work closely with Account Managers and internal departments (Credit and Funding) to resolve issues, remove blockers, and move transactions efficiently from approval to funding * Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external email inquiries related to active financing transactions * Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed notes at both the application and account level within TimePayment systems * Ensure all customer interactions, documentation, and status updates are recorded in the appropriate system of record * Learn, follow, and adhere to standard operating procedures across all Sales-related systems and workflows * Support data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, application platforms, and internal tools * Prioritize workload effectively to meet funding timelines and service-level expectations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Escalate issues appropriately when risks to funding timelines or customer experience are identified * Identify recurring challenges, or improvement opportunities based on customer and partner interactions and feedback. * Provide backup support to the Sales Operations Support team * Perform other projects/functions as required Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Competencies * Minimum 3+ years of customer service, inside sales or related experience. * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization. * Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, experience preferred). * Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
