Sales and Customer Service Consultant Location: RioLaser - Lake Nona, FL Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, with two saturdays per month. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. This part- time role is perfect for those who value a collaborative environment and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Manage and coordinate the laser treatment schedule. - Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. - Answer and make calls to handle inquiries and appointments. - Engage clients in informative discussions to promote services and close sales. - Maintain accurate client records and follow up on service feedback. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Enthusiasm for learning and developing within a dynamic environment. - Part-time availability from Monday to Friday (5 hours and 30 minutes per day) and alternating Saturdays (9-hour shifts).
