• Generate and close residential and commercial roofing sales
• Perform roof inspections and guide customers through insurance and project processes
• Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and adjusters
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or exterior restoration
• Proven closer with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs
• Tech-savvy (CRM, smartphone, tablet)
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000-$75,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped Commission
• Realistic First-Year Earnings: $100,000-$150,000+
• Top Performers: $200,000+
