Appointment Setter and Confirmation Specialist Location: Tarzana, CA Job Type: Full-Time We are a growing construction company in Tarzana looking for a professional Appointment Setter and Confirmation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be scheduling and confirming appointments for estimates, consultations, and site visits. Your communication skills and attention to detail will help keep our projects on track and our clients satisfied. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with leads and past clients * Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations * Maintain accurate calendars for the sales and project team * Input and update appointment details in our CRM system * Answer calls and provide basic information about our services * Reschedule or follow up on missed appointments as needed Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in appointment setting or customer service * Construction or home services industry experience is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable handling a high volume of calls * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * High school diploma or equivalent Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
