The Role: Showroom Sales & Customer Support We are on a mission to modernize the door buying experience. This is a role at the center of our strategy - simplify the customer experience and help DIYers and contractors buy and install with confidence. You'll become the human connection across our growing customer ecosystem -- from showroom visitors to online shoppers to contractors across the country. What You 'll Do In the Showroom * Welcome homeowners, renovators, and designers -- and help them explore styles, options, and what will look amazing in their space. * Guide customers through door design choices (materials, configurations, finishes). * Help create a space that feels modern, inspiring, and delightful. * Capture what customers want and help move them toward the perfect solution. Across Phone, Email & Chat * Be the friendly expert who helps customers solve problems and make smart decisions. * Provide guidance on replacement parts, design questions, and order details. * Turn "I'm confused" into "Wow -- that was easy." * Surface trends and insights to the leadership team so we keep improving fast. Support Sales & Innovation * Create quotes, follow up with warm leads, and help customers move from browsing to buying. * Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to refine how we present our products. * Take part in new projects as we reinvent our showroom experience and expand our digital tools. You're not just answering questions. You're shaping how the next generation of homeowners shop for doors. Who You Are * You're a great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people. * You have an eye for detail and (with training) can lead customers through the measurement process and quickly build accurate quotes * You're curious about design, home improvement, or creating amazing customer experiences. * You like a role with variety: part showroom guide, part digital communicator, part advisor. * You thrive in a growing company where your ideas actually matter. * You want to be part of a team building something modern, not stuck in "how it's always been done." * You're comfortable with tech and open to learning new tools.
