Thomas, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Jeff Wyler Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life Insurance, & Much More! * Career Growth Opportunities * Employee Assistance Plan * Employee Discount Program * Responsibilities:* * Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets * Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions * Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns * Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals * Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory * Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity * INDSJBR * 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * High school diploma or equivalent required * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
