Experience * Proven track record in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products. * Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches to build a robust pipeline of prospects. * Experience using CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer data, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance metrics. * Demonstrated ability in product demos, upselling techniques, and closing deals effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster trust and long-term partnerships. * Background in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude is essential. * Strong analysis skills for assessing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
