Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, personable, and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of property management experience as a licensed broker, strong knowledge of AppFolio software, and a proven ability to manage, lease, and market residential and commercial properties. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to show properties, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Arkansas real estate laws. Responsibilities * Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. * Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. * Utilize AppFolio software to manage property portfolios, financial reporting, and operational tasks. * Conduct market research to determine property values and identify market trends. * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract tenants/buyers. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for clients and property owners. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and company policies. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions. * Show properties to prospective clients in a professional and engaging manner. * Build and foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with agents, appraisers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals. * Mentor and support property management staff to ensure operational excellence. Skills & Qualifications * Active Arkansas Real Estate Broker license (required). * 10+ years of property management experience as a broker. * Strong working knowledge of AppFolio property management software. * Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. * Excellent marketing techniques to increase property visibility. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; personable and approachable. * Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple properties, listings, and transactions efficiently. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. * Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to show properties. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Salary Range is listed, but compensation is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
