Community Manager -- Fond du Lac, WI Pay: $20-$35 per hour (DOE) Part-Time A national real estate investment company specializing in manufactured housing communities is hiring a talented Community Manager to oversee one community in Fond du Lac, WI. If you enjoy leadership, problem-solving, and seeing your work directly improve resident experience, this is a high-impact role with autonomy and visibility. What You 'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day operations across one established community
• Drive occupancy, sales, and revenue goals
• Ensure clean, safe, and compliant communities through daily oversight
• Deliver exceptional resident service and build community rapport
• Monitor budgets, utilities, collections & monthly financial performance
• Enforce policies and community standards consistently
• Oversee maintenance and ensure timely work order completion
• Walk homes to confirm quality repairs and cost-effective readiness
• Maintain collections rate of 3% or less

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• 3-5 years of property management experience
• Background in retail, hospitality or customer service strongly valued
• Confident with Microsoft Office and online systems
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills
