What You'll Do: * Master the Tech: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, becoming an expert in automotive key technology. * Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide top-tier support to customers, resolving inquiries and building trust. * Drive Sales: Help attract new customers, process sales efficiently, and foster lasting relationships. * Keep Accurate Records: Manage customer data with precision to ensure smooth transactions. * Be a Team Player: Contribute to a collaborative environment that values your skills and initiative. What We're Looking For: * A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for learning. * Weekend availability required! * Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on work experience. * Ability to pass background screenings and maintain a clean driving record (MVR check required). * Strong organizational skills and excellent time management. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Comfort working in active environments, including working around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
