INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION You First Services, Inc. is hiring full time and part time sales associates for oral health care sales. WEEKLY HOURS Monday through Friday. Full time or part time. Hours are 8:30 - 5:00. No weekends, evenings or holiday work. COMPENSATION $17.50 - $20.00 per hour with BONUS POTENTIAL. SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative will call and nurture company accounts. This position is an integral part of our sales team, advancing our sales process, and the achievement of opportunity based sales quotas. Training will be provided. JOB DUTIES * Call all targeted accounts and generate sales from within business client database. * Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. * Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. * Ensure follow-up with other team members as appropriate. * Make outbound follow-up calls or emails to existing customers. * Emphasize product features, benefits and prices. * Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in company database. * Attend periodic sales training where applicable. REQUIREMENTS * College degree and/or one to two years of sales experience. * Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas. * Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers. * Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills. * Proficient computer skills. * Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. * Ability to work individually and as part of a team. * High level of integrity and work ethic. * Experience with customer relationship management software.
