Summary: BDI Spirits Division is a dynamic liquor brokerage based in the heart of Cleveland, proudly serving the entire State of Ohio. We are seeking a motivated Brand Development Representative to join our growing team and represent our diverse and evolving portfolio of spirits. This role is perfect for a relationship-builder with a passion for the spirits industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, customerfocused environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage strong relationships with bars, restaurants, retailers, and hospitality clients * Present and promote a wide-ranging portfolio of high proof brands * Execute brand programs, promotions, and placements across accounts * Monitor account performance and identify new growth opportunities * Educate clients and staff on product features, tasting notes, and brand stories * Coordinate tastings, staff trainings, and promotional events * Track sales activity across company systems (IDIG, Power BI) * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products * Execute OHLQ transfers for perspective accounts and wholesale commitments Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in liquor sales, beverage distribution, or hospitality preferred * Bachelor's degree preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Outgoing personality and professional presentation * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized * Must be 21+ years of age * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to obtain a solicitors permit in the State of Ohio * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry is a strong plus What We Offer: * Competitive base salary plus commission (based on experience) * Car allowance * 401(k) with employer match * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Ongoing training and support from our experienced leadership team * The chance to work with exciting, high-quality brands in a fun and social industry Pay: $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
