We are currently looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. ALM stocks approximately 300 used cars and you have access to the 3000 cars in stock at [please apply online] ALM is a 22+ store group including multiple KIA and Hyundai franchises with more on the way. Sales training ability and motivational skills are a must have. In addition knowledge of deal structuring, lenders, deal desking, and closing skills must be excellent. Responsibilities * Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully training and hiring the sales team * Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives * Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Skills * Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets. We will verify. * Committed to continuous education * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close * Strong business sense and industry expertise * Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills * Excellent knowledge of lenders, programs, and deal structuring * Ability to interact with customers and close the deal We are an equal opportunity employer.
