RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and growth. * Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations. * Manage and resolve complex customer issues with care and professionalism. * Use your expertise in insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
