This position is a commission-based opportunity in which compensation is determined by the success of the individual. Leads are automatically given out in a round robin fashion through franchise. Primary Responsibilities * Finish required sales training * Study and maintain understanding of current marketplace, competitors and industry trends to ensure best chance at closing sale * Travel for sales appointments * Organize, prioritize and plan sales appointments * Make outbound sales/appointment calls * Work with install leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements * Understand installation limitations to ensure proper sales pitch * Address client and potential client queries in a timely and professional manner * Perform record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs * Pleasant and professional demeanor required * Have knowledge of products and be able to explain/demonstrate for clients * Execute pre-install walkthrough and final walkthrough to receive final payment from customers * Make runs as needed for install jobs and crews * Perform other duties as assigned Experience 5+ sales experience is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Verbal and written communication skills required Polished and professional demeanor Positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic computer skills Ability to work independently Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from clients and coworkers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid training Work Location: In person
