You'll be in charge of developing our sales strategy and goals, training and assessing our sales force, collaborating with sales managers, and ensuring that we create new and recurring business from various real estate sectors. Compensation: $150,000 At Plan Earnings Responsibilities: * Report on sales activities for the previous and future weeks in meetings with department leaders, and prepare a monthly expense report for all sales-related expenditures * Boost revenue and increase retention and recruitment through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network * Formulate sales strategies that sustain high levels of effectivity and profitability in collaboration with department managers and their goals * Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly goals that are aligned with overall team and revenue management objectives * Design a strategy to meet financial goals, create marketing deliverables, and develop an annual sales forecast by analyzing market data Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office * Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field required * Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills * Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is required About Company We understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience.
