ABOUT THE ROLE Lela Homelife is expanding and looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to earn high income while helping homeowners improve their water quality and energy costs. This is a commission-only position with fast earning potential , supportive leadership, and a clear path to growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods (we teach route strategy) * Use a simple script to start friendly conversations * Book appointments for water filtration and solar consultations * Track daily activity inside our Lela Homelife app * Attend daily team meetings (Monday-Friday) * Maintain positive energy and consistency on the field * Follow our structured 60-day onboarding program for fast results DAILY & WEEKLY EXPECTATIONS Daily Targets: * 45-60 doors * 15-20 conversations * 1-2 appointments set Weekly Targets: * 2+ water deals closed * 2-3 solar appointments set Monthly Targets: * 4-6 water deals * 2-3 solar installs in pipeline We don't expect perfection -- just consistency. COMPENSATION Water Filtration Sales (Beginner-Friendly Income) * $1,500 per system sold * $2,000 per system after your 5th sale in the month * Weekly activity bonuses Most reps close 4 -8 water deals per month, earning $6,000 -$16,000 monthly. Solar Sales (High-Ticket Income) * Paid per EPC with competitive redline * Average solar commission: $6,000+ per install * 50/50 split on partnered closes * Strong reps earn $12,000 -$20,000+ per month Combined Earning Potential * Typical: $60,000-$120,000/year * Strong performers: $120,000-$300,000+/year There is no income cap. SCHEDULE * Monday -Friday: Team meetings + field work * Saturday: No work (rest day) * Sunday: Optional field time with extra bonus incentives * Flexible hours during the afternoon & evening WHAT YOU NEED No experience required -- we train you on everything.
