ABOUT THE POSITION: Great News! You First Services is hiring an Account Manager. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and self-driven individual to join our sales team. The preferred candidate will identify qualified leads and bring sales opportunities to successful closure. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for developing relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities. * Continue to build the sales pipeline by continuously adding new sales opportunities including government agencies. * Create and update sales campaigns to maximize business generation leading to more closed sales. * Improve sales skills to increase sales success rate. * Understand product and educate potential customers. * Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of three to five years of B2B sales or business development related experience required. * Experience selling to Federal and State government agencies a plus. * Bachelor's degree in related field, scientific and/or technical background a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with sales CRMs, NetSuite or other. * Proficient computer skills.
