This role is based inside busy retail environments and focuses on creating positive, helpful interactions that guide customers through products, offers, and purchasing decisions. No previous sales experience is required -- full training is provided. The Role Overview As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be positioned on the shop floor, working directly with customers as they browse, ask questions, and explore available offers. Rather than working behind a counter, you'll take a proactive role in starting conversations, understanding customer needs, and helping them make confident decisions. You'll learn how retail sales works from the ground up, including customer engagement techniques, product knowledge, and how performance is measured in a retail setting.
