Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our high- end dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a strong background in sales. This role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, engaging with clients through outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance client interactions and expand our market reach. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our luxury vehicle inventory and driving dealership growth. Duties * Develop and execute strategies for outside sales to attract new clients and retain existing customers * Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions * Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling and outreach campaigns * Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, dealership promotions, and marketing initiatives * Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication skills, phone etiquette, and public speaking * Collaborate with the sales management team to meet or exceed sales targets * Assist in organizing promotional events or marketing efforts to increase dealership visibility Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or high-end dealership environments * Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele * Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems * Skilled in upselling, outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation techniques * Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities * Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and support dealership marketing initiatives * Valid driver's license preferred for client visits or off-site meetings Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
