Sales Representative - Residential & Commercial Painting Advantage Paint Services: Local Territory | Full-Time Job Description: Advantage Paint Services is a fast-growing professional painting company seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, experienced sales professional who is comfortable meeting homeowners and commercial clients, building trust, and closing deals. You will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers, providing estimates, following up on leads, and closing painting projects while representing our company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Responsibilities: Meet with residential and commercial clients for in-person estimates * Accurately assess project scope and pricing * Present painting solutions clearly and professionally * Close sales and follow up on outstanding estimates * Manage leads and customer information using CRM software * Maintain communication with office staff and project managers * Build rapport and long-term customer relationships * Represent the company professionally at all times * Attend scheduled sales meetings and training sessions Requirements * Proven sales experience (home services strongly preferred) * Experience in painting, construction, or remodeling sales is a plus * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities * Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license * Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed * Basic computer and smartphone proficiency * Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation & Benefits Internships Available / * Competitive base pay plus commission (earning potential based on performance) * Leads provided (with opportunity to self-generate additional business) * Gas allowance or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company * Support from experienced office staff and production team Schedule: * Full-time * Flexible schedule based on customer availability Work Location: * In-field / customer locations * Must be willing to travel locally Why Advantage Paint Services?
